We are rapidly expanding our business and looking for extremely talented individuals to join an extremely impactful team. As a Principal Technical Program Manager in the Product Development team, you will have a direct impact on driving OCI Compute's product strategy forward. We are looking for an experienced Technical Program Manager that can easily take in requests from several different input channels, help guide our Product Management, UX, and Engineering teams in prioritization efforts as well as execute on critical projects that help drive our business. The role comes with a high degree of personal accountability and autonomy and will require effective engagement across all cross-organizational functions to deliver results. Strong executive communications, customer engagement, and business analytics skills are essential.

Responsibilities

  • Provide program and project management expertise to complex business initiatives that are global in nature, understanding inter-dependencies between process, technology, and people needs
  • Develop program workstreams, identify core milestones, and ensure that project goals are in line with customer and business objectives
  • Influence, activate, and orchestrate across teams to build alignment and drive results, managing feedback/pain points from our customers and stakeholders
  • Build relationships and collaborate globally with stakeholders and partners to deliver outcomes across the organization, ensuring a shared understanding of progress and performance
  • Seek opportunities to bring about ongoing improvement and simplification in business operating procedures and practices leading to improved efficiency and effectiveness
  • Track and manage priorities and committed actions to drive progress and provide actionable insights

Requirements

  • Program management experience 6+ years with a leading cloud solution provider
  • General understanding of cloud needed to synthesize requests from stakeholders
  • Problem-solving experience in a fast paced environment
  • Can excel and deliver results under pressure
  • A high degree of organization and ability to manage multiple competing priorities
  • Ability to work independently and propose solutions
  • Excellent organizational, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Experience identifying, measuring, and adjusting plans against key business metrics
