About the position

The Principal Technical Project Manager will lead the execution of mid to large-scale client deployments, ensuring projects are completed within scope, on budget, and on time. This role requires prior government experience and focuses on aligning solutions with end-user requirements while managing risks and resolving issues efficiently. The position involves continuous stakeholder management and ownership of product delivery, including backlog prioritization and feature development.

Responsibilities

• Lead the execution of mid to large-scale client deployments.
• Align solutions with end-user requirements and manage risks.
• Resolve issues efficiently throughout the project lifecycle.
• Manage continuous stakeholder engagement and communication.
• Oversee backlog prioritization and feature development.
• Create product requirement documents (PRDs) including user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Develop short-term and long-term product roadmaps.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to break down user stories into tasks.
• Participate in deep dives with business stakeholders to gather requirements.
• Review and analyze current state UI/UX designs and make necessary changes.

Requirements

• Must be a U.S. resident.
• Prior government experience is required.
• Proven experience managing large, complex projects.
• Previous working experience as a Product Owner.
• Experience managing all stages of the product life cycle.
• MA in Computer Science, Engineering or similar relevant field or technical background.
• In-depth knowledge of Agile processes and principles.
• Outstanding communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with Miro for process flows.
• Familiarity with Figma for UI/UX design reviews.
