About the position

The Principal Technical Project Manager will lead the execution of mid to large-scale client deployments for a top tech company known for its innovative products. This remote position requires prior government experience and focuses on ensuring projects are completed within scope, budget, and timeline. The role involves stakeholder management, product delivery ownership, and the application of Agile best practices in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the execution of mid to large-scale client deployments.
• Align solutions with end-user requirements and manage risks.
• Oversee backlog prioritization and feature development.
• Create product requirement documents (PRDs) including feature summaries and user stories.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to break down user stories into tasks.
• Participate in deep dives with business stakeholders to understand technical details.
• Review and create process flows to document business processes.
• Interact regularly with customers and stakeholders throughout project phases.
• Ensure the team has an adequate amount of prepared tasks to work on.
• Evaluate product progress at each iteration and plan for future upgrades.

Requirements

• Must be a U.S. resident.
• Prior government experience is required.
• Proven experience managing large, complex projects.
• Previous working experience as a Product Owner.
• Experience managing all stages of the product life cycle.
• MA in Computer Science, Engineering or similar relevant field or technical background.
• In-depth knowledge of Agile processes and principles.
• Outstanding communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with Miro for process flows.
• Familiarity with Figma for UI/UX design reviews.
