About the position

The Principal Technical Recruiter at Atlassian is responsible for re-imagining and enhancing the hiring process for R&D leadership positions. This role involves partnering with executive leaders to fill complex senior-level roles, driving recruitment strategies using market data, and mentoring the broader recruiting team. Responsibilities

• Re-imagine and build out the hiring process for R&D leadership positions.
• Act as a partner and business advisor to executive leaders for hiring senior-level positions across R&D.
• Collaborate with other recruiters and recruiting leaders to provide a holistic hiring picture to executive leaders.
• Drive recruitment strategy using market data and metrics to educate hiring leaders on best practices and opportunities.
• Identify opportunity areas and create scalable solutions to improve the broader R&D recruiting team.
• Mentor and serve as a go-to resource for the recruiting team on best practices and challenges.
• Partner with R&D recruiting leadership to implement plans around OKRs.

Requirements

• 8+ years of corporate, full lifecycle recruiting experience in a technical environment.
• Demonstrable track record of leading senior partners to successful hiring outcomes.
• Exceptional command of the end-to-end recruiting process, including sourcing, screening, and closing talent.
• Experience leveraging recruitment data to provide insights and guide decisions.
• Ability to create and action change management strategies.
• Commitment to innovative recruiting strategies and inclusive hiring practices.
