Responsibilities

• Support, guide, and develop program management solutions for complex security efforts.
• Ensure delivery of key projects and initiatives.
• Utilize knowledge of core Project Management principles and methodologies.
• Lead and provide guidance to a cross-functional team consisting of engineers, product, and business resources.
• Create and own program level deliverables such as roadmaps, project plans, RAID logs, and scope.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Program Management experience.
• Strong leadership skills to guide and inspire teams.
• Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with stakeholders.
• Highly organized and skilled in planning and prioritizing tasks.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Adaptable and flexible in approach to navigate dynamic situations.

Nice-to-haves

• Master's degree in a related field.
• 4 years of experience in project management or related area.
• Background in creating inclusive digital experiences and knowledge of WCAG 2.2 AA standards.
