About the position

The Principal UX Designer will play a crucial role in designing digital software products that enhance user experiences for a large retail client, supporting over 2 million employees. This position requires a strong focus on creating user-centered designs, including wireframes, prototypes, and design systems, while ensuring feature parity across web and mobile platforms.

Responsibilities

• Design digital software products that deliver exceptional experiences for internal associates.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and site maps.
• Maintain feature parity across web and mobile platforms.
• Build or overhaul a design system.
• Utilize Figma for design tasks.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a UX Designer for digital software products.
• Strong experience creating wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and site maps.
• Consumer-grade UX experience.
• Interaction ID Design experience.
• Experience maintaining feature parity across web and mobile.
• Experience building a design system or overhauling a design system.
• Figma experience.
