About the position

As a Principal Analyst-Business Intelligence at CrowdStrike, you will play a crucial role in collaborating with various business units to develop and maintain reports and dashboards that support key functions such as Sales, Customer Success, Finance, HR, and Legal. This position focuses on delivering actionable insights through data analysis and visualization, ensuring data integrity, and enhancing business efficiencies.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain executive-level dashboards to monitor key financial and SaaS metrics.
• Manage the visualizations for Corporate FP&A function and partner effectively with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements and document business needs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to perform data validation and ensure data integrity.
• Work closely with Data & Analytics teams to build and maintain data integrations across multiple internal and external systems.
• Create documentation for the various Financial/Product/Business dashboards, metrics, reports, and their underlying data sources.
• Apply expertise in data analysis and visualization to understand stakeholder interactions with the dashboards.

Requirements

• 7+ years' experience in Business Intelligence Server architecture, Migration Solutions, Visualization Engineering, Data Analysis, Blending and Cloud administration solutions with focus in Tableau.
• Demonstrated business presentation abilities, effectively communicating complex analytic outcomes to fulfill business requirements.
• Lead development of highly visual, interactive, and layered Business Intelligence solutions using Tableau Desktop and Tableau Online.
• Experienced in Data Modeling and strong SQL proficiency in Cloud Data Warehouse platforms such as Snowflake.
• Experienced in CoE activities such as defining and documenting processes, best practices, and strategies for existing and future BI solutions.

Nice-to-haves

• Tableau certification is preferred.
• Experience working for a SaaS security company and building SaaS metrics is preferred.
• Adaptive Insights, Oracle NetSuite or Workday HCM software experience.
