About the position

The Print Operator / Data Entry Associate position is a critical role within a highly secure credit card manufacturing facility. This individual will be responsible for handling encrypted customer data, ensuring accurate data entry, and operating label printing machinery. The role requires a high level of attention to detail to maintain data integrity and ensure that products are correctly labeled before shipping. The position operates in a regulated environment, emphasizing the importance of accuracy and compliance with industry standards.

Responsibilities

• Accurately upload data files into Label Printing Machine containing customer information.
• Review products before mailing to ensure shipping labels match the corresponding credit cards.
• Work extensively with MS Excel spreadsheets and PDF files.
• Process various types of credit card mailings daily, ensuring high-speed automation machinery operates efficiently.
• Identify and resolve errors or concerns with data integrity before printing labels.
• Perform test runs in a virtual system to ensure accuracy prior to live runs.
• Maintain a focus on data integrity throughout the shift, with label printing being a smaller part of the role.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required; post high school education or vocational training preferred.
• Superior MS Excel skills with experience in spreadsheets and data management.
• At least two years of experience in a production or regulated manufacturing environment.
• Ability to work in a federally regulated work environment (banking).
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail for quality inspection of products.
• Strong computer skills and ability to troubleshoot minor machine problems.
• Legible handwriting and ability to perform basic data entry accurately.
• Physical ability to stand for prolonged periods, lift up to 50lbs, and perform manual tasks.
