About the position

The Print Production Associate position involves working in a climate-controlled office environment to produce and manage clients' reports, checks, and vouchers. This is a temporary role expected to last for one month, starting on December 30, 2024, with the possibility of future contracts. The position requires no prior experience as training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Produce and separate clients' reports, checks, and vouchers.
• Seal checks and validate check counts.
• Package clients' paychecks and vouchers along with applicable reports.
• Sort packages and log by applicable delivery service.
• Confirm successful FedEx, UPS, and courier deliveries.
• Ensure paychecks and vouchers satisfy all quality requirements and initiate corrective actions when necessary.
• Order and quality check of production supplies.
• Order and distribute all general office supplies.
• Ensure adequate supply of checks, toner, envelopes, paper, etc.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent ED required.
• General office and/or production experience preferred.
• Attention to detail and ability to prioritize and complete multiple activities in a time-sensitive environment.
• Must be able to stand for the duration of the work shift and lift up to 25 lbs.
