About the position

As a Print Production Manager at Uline, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the print production process for our award-winning omnichannel marketing initiatives. This position is based at our Corporate Headquarters in Pleasant Prairie, WI, where you will collaborate with a dynamic Creative department consisting of over 160 talented team members. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that all print projects are executed with precision and delivered on tight deadlines while maintaining consistent brand clarity. You will be at the forefront of managing the workflow, scheduling, and proofing processes, ensuring that every piece of content meets our high standards of quality and effectiveness. In this role, you will lead a team of Print Production Assistants, guiding them through the intricacies of print production. You will work closely with external vendors to route proofs, secure necessary approvals, and maintain accurate records throughout the production process. Your keen attention to detail will be essential as you monitor updates and clarify proofing comments, ensuring that the final products are of the highest quality. Additionally, you will be responsible for recruiting, training, and inspiring your team to achieve high productivity levels and deliver exceptional customer service, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment. Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with and manage a team of Print Production Assistants, ensuring smooth workflow, scheduling, and proofing for all print projects.
  • Work with external vendors to route proofs, secure approvals, and keep accurate records.
  • Monitor updates and clarify proofing comments to ensure top quality.
  • Recruit, train, and inspire the team to achieve high productivity and exceptional customer service.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 5+ years of experience in print production and project management.
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and maintain attention to detail.
