About the position
The Print Project Coordinator at Shannon Packaging is responsible for overseeing printed flexible packaging projects from the point of purchase order (PO) placement through the manufacturing process. This role requires strong customer service, time management, and creative problem-solving skills to ensure timely delivery of custom printed goods. The coordinator will work closely with various stakeholders, including customers, vendors, and in-house departments, to manage all aspects of the manufacturing process effectively.
Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of printed manufacturing orders from PO placement to delivery.
- Interface with customers, vendors, ad agencies, and production artists to ensure project success.
- Strategize solutions to challenges that arise during the manufacturing process.
- Ensure timely delivery of custom printed finished goods to customers.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- 2 years of experience in project management or related field.
- PMP certification is a plus.
- Experience in printing and/or flexible packaging is advantageous.
- Proficient in using Windows-based computers and basic office equipment.
