About The Position
The Prior Authorization Specialist/Biologic Coordinator at the Rheumatology Care Center is responsible for overseeing specialty medication approvals and appeals, as well as managing the inventory of biologic medications. This role requires a clinically minded, task-oriented, and self-motivated individual to ensure that all medications are properly ordered, tracked, and stored, while also confirming insurance eligibility for buy/bill medications on the date of service.
