About the position

The position involves performing various powder coating production tasks, including operating production software, managing raw materials, and ensuring quality control. The role requires adherence to established policies and procedures while maintaining a clean and organized work environment. The employee will also be responsible for packaging and labeling produced materials, completing production logs, and assisting with inventory management.

Responsibilities

• Operate powder coating production software accurately and efficiently.
• Verify formulas and determine swatch needs.
• Pull raw materials and weigh additives accurately.
• Operate all powder coating production equipment safely and correctly.
• Fill raw material containers proactively.
• Maintain cleanliness of the workstation and production area.
• Package, bag, seal, and label produced materials and QC samples correctly.
• Complete production logs and end-of-day duties before leaving each day.
• Follow the Work Priorities List to maximize productivity.
• Shoot QC panels accurately and prepare swatch order powder.
