About The Position
The Prison Education Specialist will serve as a liaison between Sinclair Community College and the correctional facility warden, educational staff, and administration at the respective facilities. This role involves engaging with the needs and missions of the program, helping to develop and implement certificate programs, and orienting staff and instructional faculty to teaching in a correctional setting while addressing the diverse needs of incarcerated adult learners and correctional facility staff. This position pays $27.91/hour for up to 28 hours per week.
