About the position

We are seeking a Privacy Analyst for a 12-month contract position that is 100% remote. The primary focus of this role is to assist in performing privacy reviews and facilitating change management processes within our relatively young privacy program. This program is currently in a building phase, concentrating on identifying and addressing gaps while also looking back to pinpoint areas that require development. The goal is to enhance our privacy reviews within a tech environment, with an emphasis on task completion rather than program or project management capacities. This position will report directly to the lead and will align with our AAA Studio roadmap, ensuring that all privacy aspects are thoroughly reviewed and managed. The project aims to ensure confidentiality and manage the backlog of privacy changes that need review. It will support both past launches and provide access to upcoming launches, ensuring that all privacy aspects are thoroughly reviewed and managed. The Privacy Analyst will play a crucial role in addressing and reducing the backlog of changes requiring review, working closely with cross-functional points of contact to resolve privacy concerns, and determining personal data parameters to effectively divide the work. Additionally, the analyst will be responsible for transitioning tasks from consultants to internal handling, updating tickets, and providing key information to stakeholders, as well as managing and reviewing tickets related to privacy changes.
