About the position

The Privacy Analyst will work closely with the Privacy team to ensure compliance with global privacy laws and regulations. This role involves reviewing proposed privacy-related legislation, collaborating with product teams to enhance consent management solutions, and providing guidance on privacy considerations in project planning and operations. The analyst will also manage the OneTrust Privacy Management Platform and assist in privacy metrics reporting and audits.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Privacy team to review proposed privacy-related legislation.
• Work with Product to identify areas of improvement for consent management solutions.
• Participate in executing a Tracker governance framework with the Product team.
• Engage with legal and business teams to integrate privacy considerations into project planning.
• Manage the OneTrust Privacy Management Platform, including training business teams.
• Analyze trackers found in OneTrust scans and manage categorizations and purposes.
• Provide privacy guidance for onboarding and offboarding of trackers.
• Assist in maintaining privacy metrics reporting for various teams.
• Create and manage audits using a tracker auditing tool.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience working in a privacy function.
• Familiarity with US, EU, and other global privacy laws and regulations, such as CCPA/CPRA and GDPR.
• Experience supporting privacy and consent management, compliance processes, policies, reporting, and controls.
• Strong analytical, communication, organizational, and presentation skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to develop and articulate strategy for process improvement.

Nice-to-haves

• One or more IAPP certifications (e.g., CIPP, CIPM, CIPT).
• OneTrust experience, knowledge, and certification preferred.
