The Privacy Compliance Analyst will support a global entertainment company by processing data subject rights requests and ensuring compliance with privacy regulations. This temporary position requires strong organizational and communication skills to navigate complex compliance processes and support data governance initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Process data subject rights requests and ensure timely fulfillment.
• Understand compliance processes and standards, identifying issues that need to be addressed.
• Communicate compliance issues to business partners and document resolutions.
• Provide support for data governance initiatives as needed.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of relevant work experience within privacy subject rights compliance, corporate compliance, or guest experience.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills, particularly within large organizations.
• Proven experience in managing multiple projects and prioritizing diverse workloads.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multi-task while maintaining focus and attention to detail.
• Experience reading and interpreting complicated documents.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and SharePoint.
