The Privacy, Data Protection & Compliance Consultant role at Crowe LLP is designed for mid-level professionals who are passionate about privacy and compliance. This position focuses on helping clients operationalize privacy programs through assessments, technology implementations, and compliance initiatives. Responsibilities
- Assist with the assessment, development, implementation, support, and delivery of risk-based privacy solutions for clients.
- Play a key role in building out new privacy solutions in a dynamic regulatory environment.
- Help clients map data flows and business processes and execute program initiatives to ensure compliance with privacy laws and regulations.
- Assist with the development of processes for responding to consumer privacy requests and implementing privacy software.
- Draft policies, processes, and documentation to comply with relevant privacy regulations and frameworks.
- Implement common privacy control frameworks or regulatory frameworks to enhance client data protection programs.
- Document and review privacy-related third-party relationships and data flows.
- Establish and handle processes and tools for documenting and tracking compliance and assist with internal audit programs.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in Business Administration, Data Management/Data Analytics, Computer Science, Informatics, Systems Engineering, Information Technology, or Information Systems.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with a process-oriented, analytical mindset.
- Ability to travel.
