About the position

The Privacy Design Business Analyst will be responsible for conducting privacy impact assessments and ensuring compliance with privacy regulations within a financial institution. This role requires a strong background in data privacy, particularly in the banking or fintech sectors, and involves leading projects from inception to completion while managing resources and reporting progress.

Responsibilities

• Perform CTR-54921, Enterprise Change Risk Privacy Impact Assessment.
• Create plans and resource assignments for projects.
• Report work progress via status reports.
• Design compliance programs and controls to ensure success in the role.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required.
• At least 7 years of experience in data privacy at a financial institution, fintech, or insurance company.
• Specific skill set in privacy risk and compliance programs.
• Experience leading projects from end to end.
• Experience completing privacy impact assessments.
