Responsibilities

• Manage incoming emergency calls and dispatch appropriate EMS units.

• Utilize EMS dispatch software to track and manage resources effectively.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years EMS dispatch experience preferred.
• Strong communication and multitasking skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Familiarity with EMS dispatch software preferred.
• Must provide 3 professional references.
• Must be punctual and reliable.
