About the position
The Private Banker role is integral to the Wealth Management division, focusing on client acquisition and retention among High Net Worth (HNW) individuals and families. This position emphasizes developing strong relationships to provide tailored credit, depository, and wealth management solutions, while collaborating with various wealth partners to enhance the client experience.
Responsibilities
- Acquires clients for Wealth Management through various sales and marketing techniques, providing customized banking solutions based on client needs.
- Manages a portfolio of HNW clients, ensuring compliance and monitoring performance while preparing credit packages for approval.
- Sells credit, depository, and wealth management solutions through consultation and teamwork, guiding less experienced associates as needed.
- Establishes and maintains relationships with HNW clients to monitor their financial situations and identify new sales opportunities.
- Collaborates with wealth partners to support client experiences and coordinates the delivery of additional wealth management products.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree and 8 years of experience in Financial Services Relationship Management in Business Banking, Commercial Banking, Private Banking, or Wealth Management OR High School Diploma or GED and 12 years of experience in the same fields.
- Possess valid Series 7, 63 & 65 or 66 licenses.
- Credit underwriting skills.
