About the position

The Private Client Account Executive role at HUB involves providing insurance and risk management consultation for high net worth clients. This position is responsible for managing a portfolio of personal insurance clients, establishing and nurturing client relationships, and ensuring excellent service delivery. The role requires collaboration with commercial insurance colleagues and involves conducting annual reviews to assess and improve clients' insurance programs.

Responsibilities

  • Manage an assigned book of high-net worth personal insurance clients with varying portfolio sizes and complexities.
  • Establish and grow substantive relationships with existing clients to deliver an excellent client experience.
  • Collaborate with Commercial Insurance colleagues to meet client needs and service expectations.
  • Schedule and conduct face-to-face and virtual meetings with clients for annual reviews, analyzing and evaluating their current insurance.
  • Achieve assigned annual financial metrics focused on retention.
  • Understand carrier underwriting appetite and effectively use rating software to market accounts with various carriers.
  • Prepare and present proposals as needed.
  • Document accurate information on all clients by updating client information in the agency management system.
  • Engage in cross-sell initiatives within the managed book of business.

Requirements

  • 3-7 years of experience in a related position.
  • Understanding of the Private Client marketplace.
  • Property & Casualty Insurance license.
  • Ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a deadline-driven environment.
  • Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

Nice-to-haves

  • Insurance designation preferred (CPRIA, CPCU, ARM, CIC).
  • EPIC experience preferred.
