About the position
As a Private Client Banker at Chase, you will serve as the primary contact for a select group of affluent clients, managing their complete banking relationships. Your role involves building lasting relationships, providing tailored financial advice, and ensuring clients receive the best products and services to meet their needs. You will actively solicit referrals and collaborate with specialists to enhance client experiences and drive growth in their banking balances.
Responsibilities
- Share the value of Chase Private Client with eligible clients.
- Actively manage banking relationships through an advice-based approach.
- Partner with specialists to connect customers with experts for specialized financial needs.
- Facilitate self-service options for clients to access their accounts 24/7.
- Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.
Requirements
- Demonstrated success in a relationship-oriented approach to acquire and deepen client relationships.
- Minimum of one year of experience in Branch Banking or equivalent financial services experience.
- Successful completion of the Securities Industry Essential (SIE) exam, FINRA Series 6/7, and state registration within 180 days of starting the role.
- Compliance with Dodd Frank/Truth in Lending Act requirements.
- High school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent required.
- Ability to work branch hours, including weekends and some evenings.
