About the position

As a Private Client Banker at JPMorgan Chase, you will serve as the primary contact for a select group of affluent clients, managing their complete banking relationships. Your role involves providing tailored financial advice, acquiring new clients, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction through proactive engagement and relationship management. You will work closely with specialists to connect clients with the appropriate financial services and products, all while adhering to regulatory requirements and company policies.

Responsibilities

• Actively manage banking relationships through an advice-based approach.
• Share the value of Chase Private Client with eligible clients.
• Partner with specialists to connect customers to experts for specialized financial needs.
• Facilitate self-service options for clients to access their accounts 24/7.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.

Requirements

• 1+ year of experience in Branch Banking or equivalent in financial services.
• Demonstrated success in acquiring and deepening client relationships.
• High school diploma, GED, or foreign equivalent.
• Ability to work branch hours, including weekends and some evenings.
• Completion of required licensing exams within 180 days of starting the role.
