About the position

As a Private Client Banker at Chase, you will serve as the primary contact for a select group of affluent clients, managing their complete banking relationships. Your role will involve providing tailored financial advice, acquiring new clients through referrals, and collaborating with specialists to meet clients' diverse financial needs. You will be responsible for ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and adherence to banking regulations while promoting the value of Chase Private Client services.

Responsibilities

  • Actively manage banking relationships through an advice-based approach.
  • Share the value of Chase Private Client with eligible clients.
  • Partner with specialists to connect customers with experts for specialized financial needs.
  • Facilitate self-service options for clients to access their accounts 24/7.
  • Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.

Requirements

  • 1+ year of experience in Branch Banking or equivalent financial services experience.
  • Demonstrated success in acquiring and deepening client relationships.
  • High school diploma, GED, or foreign equivalent.
  • Ability to work branch hours, including weekends and some evenings.
  • Completion of required licensing exams within 180 days of starting the role.
