About the position

As a Private Client Banker at JPMorgan Chase, you will serve as the primary point of contact for a select group of affluent clients, managing their complete banking relationships. Your role will involve utilizing a proactive approach to enhance client satisfaction and drive growth in their banking balances. You will be responsible for providing tailored financial advice, acquiring new clients through referrals, and collaborating with specialists to meet clients' diverse financial needs.

Responsibilities

• Act as the personal advocate for clients, enhancing their banking experience.
• Manage client banking relationships through an advice-based approach.
• Share the value of Chase Private Client services with eligible clients.
• Partner with specialists to connect clients with experts for specialized financial needs.
• Facilitate self-service options for clients to access their accounts 24/7.
• Adhere to banking policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required; college degree or military equivalent preferred.
• Minimum of one year of experience in Branch Banking or equivalent financial services experience.
• Demonstrated success in acquiring and deepening client relationships.
• Strong communication skills and team orientation.
• Compliance with Dodd Frank/Truth in Lending Act qualifications.
