- Assist team members with behind-the-scenes duties to serve clients such as billing and entering risk information into rater for quoting purposes.
- Create and distribute monthly reports.
- Merge document storage drives.
- Assist with EPIC Cleanup.
- Organize Carrier Underwriting Information.
- Shadow other team members to learn the business.
