About the position

The Private Client Relationship Manager II (RM) is a key client-facing role responsible for managing high net worth (HNW) client relationships at TD Wealth. This position serves as the primary point of contact for HNW clients, ensuring exceptional service and support across banking, lending, and investment solutions. The RM is tasked with retaining and growing client relationships, maximizing client satisfaction, and achieving business goals through proactive engagement and collaboration with investment and trust advisors.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the central point of contact for high net worth clients across banking, lending, and investment services.
  • Provide exceptional onboarding experiences for new clients, including thorough client discovery and profiling.
  • Conduct Annual Client Review (ACR) meetings and maintain proactive communication with clients.
  • Implement a differentiated service model for HNW clients to enhance their banking experience.
  • Meet quarterly and annual referral goals for investments and trust business.
  • Deepen wallet share by anticipating client needs and suggesting appropriate solutions.
  • Coordinate with specialists to provide interdisciplinary expertise for complex client needs.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulations and internal policies related to client management and financial services.
  • Foster a positive work environment and contribute to team performance and collaboration.
  • Represent TD Wealth professionally in the community and support charitable initiatives.

Requirements

  • 4-year degree highly preferred; advanced degree or MBA preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 years of financial services experience in a production capacity required.
  • Valid Series 7, 63 + 65 or 66 licenses required.
  • Valid and active Life & Health insurance licenses required.
  • Certified Financial Planner (CFP) designation preferred.
  • Strong understanding of private banking business development techniques and products.
  • Advanced experience with commercial banking relationships and high-net worth clients.
  • Consultative sales experience required with a proven business development track record.
  • Strong credit and financial analysis skills.
