About the position
The Private Client Services Account Manager at Marsh McLennan Agency (MMA) is responsible for managing various aspects of client accounts, including processing documentation, invoicing, and assisting clients with coverage issues. This role combines personalized service with the resources of a leading professional services firm, ensuring clients receive comprehensive support for their insurance needs.
Responsibilities
- Process Evidence of Property/Binders/ID cards
- Handle invoicing and accounting tasks
- Manage endorsements and applications
- Maintain electronic files
- Assist clients with coverage issues and changes
- Engage in limited new business sales
- Oversee the marketing process
- Follow up on aged receivables
- Communicate verbally and in writing with clients, carriers, and mortgage companies
Requirements
- 4+ years of personal lines insurance experience
- Excellent organizational skills
- Proven customer service and relations skills
- Ability to research and analyze problems independently
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Detail-oriented and able to multi-task
- Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Ability to self-check for accuracy
- Must learn the Agency Management System and Imaging System
- Must have Property & Casualty resident agent's license or obtain within 90 days
