About the position

The Private Credit Fund Accounting Operations role at UBS is designed for finance professionals with expertise in private credit operations and fund accounting. This position is integral to the Private Credit Operations team within the Asset Management division, focusing on financial reporting and operational oversight for UBS's private credit strategy. The role offers an opportunity to work collaboratively across various stakeholders and contribute to the growth of a dynamic private credit platform.

Responsibilities

• Oversee financial reporting and operations functions for UBS AM's private credit strategy.
• Manage private equity fund accounting, cash management, and investor reporting.
• Onboard and review Fund documents.
• Conduct daily P&L, valuation, and cash reconciliation across various facilities and custodians.
• Resolve discrepancies with stakeholders and support internal reporting requests.
• Assist in financial reporting workstreams for investment products, including audits and regulatory reporting.
• Ensure data management quality and timely delivery across the operational platform.
• Maintain relationships with Fund Administrators, service providers, and custodians.
• Oversee month-end processes within an outsourced model.

Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in private credit operations and private equity fund accounting.
• Expertise in finance and operations related to private fund accounting and cash management.
• Experience in investor reporting and working with diverse internal and external stakeholders.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with AIFM reporting.
• Familiarity with rebalancing activities and settlement instructions.
