About the position
Aveanna Healthcare is seeking compassionate Registered Nurses (RNs) to provide skilled nursing care in a home setting. This role offers flexibility in scheduling and manageable 1:1 caseloads, allowing nurses to focus on delivering high-quality care to patients, including infants, children, and adolescents.
Responsibilities
- Provide one-to-one patient care in a home environment.
- Execute physicians' prescribed plans of care and document care provided in the system of record.
- Administer prescribed medication, treatments, and therapies.
- Conduct patient assessments and coordinate care.
- Promote health and provide teaching and training to family members.
Requirements
- Must have a good standing RN license in the state of practice.
- At least 6 months of hands-on nursing experience required.
- Current CPR certification is necessary.
- Willingness to provide in-home nursing care to infants, children, and adolescents.
