About the position

The Private Equity Investor Product Strategy Analyst at Blackstone is responsible for supporting the marketing and fundraising efforts of the firm's private equity funds. This role involves preparing detailed investment reports, assisting in the creation of marketing materials, and engaging with investors to ensure effective communication of fund performance and strategy. The analyst will collaborate with various internal teams to provide data-driven insights and support the overall fundraising cycle.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and analyze detailed investment reports for accurate and timely delivery to investors.
  • Assist in the preparation and review of marketing and fundraising materials throughout the fundraising cycle.
  • Facilitate the creation and refinement of investor presentations for impactful communication.
  • Coordinate and review investor due diligence requests and assist with investor queries.
  • Participate in the preparation of conference/webinar materials and performance memos.
  • Coordinate the collection and analysis of key metrics for fund performance analysis.
  • Draft presentations and analyses for senior management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, finance, and legal.

Requirements

  • Undergraduate degree in Finance, Marketing, Accounting, Economics, or a quantitative discipline with a strong academic record.
  • 1+ years of experience in investor relations, finance, transaction services, investment operations, or related fields.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Outstanding organizational skills and a strong analytical background.
  • Highly proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and manage multiple projects.
