About the position

STXZ is seeking passionate and experienced lacrosse coaches to provide private training sessions in Knoxville, TN. Coaches will work with players of all ages at various locations, including parks and clients' backyards. The role offers flexibility in scheduling and the opportunity to earn competitive pay while sharing a love for the game of lacrosse.

Responsibilities

• Train lacrosse players of all ages at designated locations.
• Choose your own work schedule and accept client offers as desired.
• Travel to clients' homes or nearby fields for training sessions.
• Maintain direct communication with clients regarding scheduling and training needs.
• Ensure a positive and engaging training environment for children.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of lacrosse training experience.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license are required.
• Excellent communication skills are essential.
• Energetic and fun personality when working with children.
• Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule.
• Must acquire personal lacrosse training equipment.
