About the position

The Director of Private Pay Homecare Service at BAYADA Home Health Care is responsible for overseeing the management and operations of the Hamilton, NJ Assistive Care office. This role involves budgeting, fiscal management, recruiting, marketing, and business development, while ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations. The Director will lead a professional team dedicated to providing high-quality care to clients and will engage in community outreach to develop referral relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the management and operations of the office, including budgeting and fiscal management.
  • Develop and execute a recruitment plan.
  • Monitor the quality and appropriateness of services provided by staff.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable laws and regulations.
  • Market services to develop referral relations, with an expectation to be in the field 2 days a week.
  • Mentor and support the team, keeping abreast of industry trends and referral opportunities.

Requirements

  • Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree.
  • Minimum two years of verifiable supervisory or management experience in the healthcare industry, preferably in home care management.
  • Demonstrated record of goal achievement and increased responsibility with positive results.
  • Proven interpersonal, recruiting, and employee relations skills.
  • Effective communication skills for networking and representing the organization.
