Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive online research for business and personal matters.
  • Expertly coordinate and manage appointments and schedules for the CEO and their children.
  • Scan, file, and meticulously organize important documents and records.
  • Run essential errands, including grocery shopping and overseeing dry cleaning pickups.
  • Check and manage bank accounts, write checks, and oversee financial transactions.
  • Supervise and communicate with household staff to maintain a cohesive environment.
  • Provide vital administrative support, including email management and data entry.
  • Make travel arrangements, ensuring seamless journeys for the CEO.
  • Handle phone calls, messages, and correspondence on behalf of the CEO.

Requirements
