Responsibilities

• Conduct individual and/or couples therapy sessions for clients with a variety of mental health concerns within your scope of practice
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques and interventions to address client needs
• Collaborate with clients to develop personalized treatment plans and goals
• Provide crisis intervention and support as needed
• Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine appropriate treatment approaches
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation

Requirements

• Master's degree in Social Work or Clinical Mental Health Counseling required
• Valid TN state licensure (LMSW, LCSW, LPC, LPC-temp) required
• At least 1 year experience in individual, family, or group counseling preferred
• Ability to offer faith-based counseling preferred
