About the position

Athletes Untapped is seeking private soccer coaches in the Birmingham, AL area to join their platform, which connects parents and kids with private sports coaches for training. Coaches will have the flexibility to set their own schedules and pricing, while focusing on providing high-quality training to athletes. The role is part-time, temporary, and contract-based, allowing coaches to work as much or as little as they choose.

Responsibilities

• Provide private soccer coaching to athletes in the Birmingham area.
• Respond to parents in a timely manner regarding coaching sessions.
• Manage your own schedule and training locations, primarily outdoors at parks or fields.
• Set your own pricing for coaching sessions, ranging from $35 to $200 per session.

Requirements

• Experience as a current or former college player, professional player, college coach, or high school coach.
• Ability to pass a background check if accepted into the program.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in personal training or mentoring.
• Entry-level coaching experience.
