About the position

InstaSwim is seeking professional and experienced private swim instructors to provide personalized swim lessons at clients' private homes and community pools. Instructors will have the flexibility to set their own schedules and earn competitive pay ranging from $40 to $60 per hour. The role emphasizes safety, effective communication, and tailored lesson plans to meet the diverse needs of students of all ages and skill levels.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons.
• Schedule swim lessons with flexibility.
• Travel safely to and from clients' pool locations.
• Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student's ability and learning style.
• Assess student's skills, monitor student's progress and adapt lessons to meet student's & clients needs.
• Provide a fun, full and tracked learning experience for our students & clients.
• Ensure safety of the student at all times.
• Communicate with parents, clients or caregivers about your students' progress.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years providing swim instruction to students of any age.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Superb communication abilities.
• Energetic and fun personality when working with children.
• Ability to work independently and confidently.

Nice-to-haves

• First Aid/CPR certification.
