About the position

The Private Wealth Family Office - 2025 Summer Intern position at CIBC is designed to provide students with valuable work experience that complements their academic training. Interns will work closely with Family Office Executives, gaining technical and analytical skills while supporting clients. The internship runs for 10 weeks from June to August 2025, offering mentorship, training opportunities, and a chance to network with leadership and peers.

Responsibilities

• Support Family Office Executives in client interactions.
• Participate in community outreach activities.
• Engage in training opportunities and mentorship programs.
• Collaborate with a team of investment professionals.

Requirements

• Mastery of Microsoft Excel is required.
• Minimum GPA of 3.0.
• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask.
• Must be pursuing a bachelor's degree with an expected graduation date between December 2024 and June 2026.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
