About the position

As a Privileged Access Management (PAM) Engineering Manager at Capital Group, you will lead a team within the Identity and Access Management (IAM) sector of the Information Security team. Your role will involve driving engineering strategy, roadmap, design, and implementation of IAM initiatives, particularly focusing on privileged access management solutions. You will collaborate with various teams to ensure secure cloud migration and enhance the user experience for both business and ITG users.

Responsibilities

• Drive engineering strategy, roadmap, design, and implementation for IAM initiatives.
• Lead a team of engineers to develop technical strategies for secure cloud migration.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and product managers to deliver IAM features.
• Identify key metrics to measure success and iterate on platform solutions.
• Gather user feedback to improve product features and user experience.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM) engineering.
• Familiarity with engineering platform products for enterprise audiences.
• Working knowledge of software development processes and security platform design concepts.
• Proven experience in technical engineering and operations on-prem and in cloud platforms.
• Strong experience with IAM solutions such as RSA, CyberArk, Centrify, Varonis, and StrongDM.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.

• Experience in project management managing cross-team efforts between IT and business.
• Strategic thinking ability to translate complex technical concepts into user-friendly products.
