Responsibilities
- Return patients to optimal physical function
- Facilitate achievement of patient, physician, and therapy goals
- Follow health, sanitary, and infection control policies
- Maintain established standards of practice
- Treat residents under the supervision of the Occupational Therapist
- Maintain accurate records on all residents on caseload
- Keep Occupational Therapist and health team members informed of resident's progress
- Modify treatment program under the direction of the licensed OT
Requirements
- Occupational Therapy Assistant License
- Associate's degree from an accredited college
- Entry level position
- Under 1 year of experience
