Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in accordance with departmental requirements and standards of practice.
• Collaborate with medical providers and the care team to provide personalized care.
• Act as an advocate for patients, families, and caregivers.
• Follow established nursing models such as 'Assess, Perform, Teach, and Manage.'
• Ensure an outstanding patient experience and positive clinical outcomes.

Requirements

• Registered Nurse with a diploma, associate degree, or bachelor's degree.
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support certification must be obtained within 60 months of employment start date.
• Basic Cardiac Life Support certification must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
