About the position

The PRN RN in the Oncology Infusion Room at Menorah Medical Center is responsible for providing patient care in a fast-paced outpatient setting. This role involves working with complex oncology patients, fostering relationships with them and their families, and supporting the mission of the medical center. The position offers opportunities for professional growth and learning in infusion therapy, with a focus on teamwork and patient-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Perform patient care under the direction of the Clinical Nurse Manager.
• Provide therapeutic and administrative services necessary for patient care.
• Care for adult patients aged 18 to 64 and geriatric patients aged 65 and older.

Requirements

• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing with either an ADN or BSN degree.
• Current license from the Kansas Board of Nursing.
• BLS certification required; Chemo Biotherapy certification preferred.
• 3 years of Oncology experience preferred.
