About the position
The PRN Server at Spring Arbor Senior Living of Leesburg plays a vital role in enhancing the dining experience for residents by providing excellent service in a warm and welcoming atmosphere. This position is responsible for ensuring that residents receive nutritious and appealing meals while adhering to dietary guidelines, contributing to their overall well-being.
Responsibilities
- Greet residents and guests upon entering the dining room
- Serve food and drinks to residents and guests in a timely manner
- Bus tables in a timely and proper manner
- Assist in preparing, plating, covering, and labeling food
- Ensure dining area is presentable
- Wash dishes, load and unload dishwasher, return dishes to storage places
Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years of age
- Experience in a healthcare, hospitality, or service environment preferred
- Ability to learn tasks and follow written and oral instructions
- Dependable and well-groomed with the ability to follow dress requirements
- Pleasant, friendly, and helpful at all times ensuring proper and timely service
- Patience and desire to work with seniors
