In addition to administrative duties, the Legal Office Administrator may monitor time and attendance for the department, offering recommendations on staffing coverage to meet operational requirements. The role may also involve leading other nonexempt employees by assigning work, tracking work status, and providing performance feedback. Familiarity with conducting virtual meetings and training using software such as Zoom and Teams is essential. The administrator will also be responsible for performing other related duties as required, contributing to the overall success of the Legal Department. This position is based in Houston, TX, and requires travel to off-site work locations, particularly care provider facilities that house unaccompanied children.
