About the position

The Pro Dog Walker position at Pawsome Services involves providing professional pet care services, including dog walking and pet sitting, primarily in the Winter Park and surrounding areas. The role is designed for animal lovers who can offer flexible availability to meet client needs, ensuring the happiness and safety of pets while delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Provide occasional drop-in visits for pets.
• Conduct dog walks as requested by clients.
• Offer overnight care for pets when needed.
• Service clients in various areas including Altamonte Springs, Longwood, Kissimmee, Windermere, Downtown Orlando, Fairview Shores, and Baldwin Park.
• Maintain a positive and upbeat attitude while handling pets outdoors, regardless of weather conditions.
• React quickly and solve problems as they arise during pet care duties.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Pass a background check.
• Have flexible availability, including overnight availability.
• Possess reliable transportation and be willing to travel up to 30 minutes for visits.
• Ability to react quickly and solve problems on the spot.
• Experience in animal care preferred, with at least 1 year of experience.
