About the position

The Pro Program Support Consultant plays a crucial role in managing and improving pro-programs that assist pro sales teams in effectively servicing and selling to pro customers. This position involves communication of program resources, maintaining daily operations, and maximizing store buy-in to enhance execution and sales performance.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze pro-pricing program trends to identify sales and profit opportunities.
  • Support store pro selling teams by communicating available tools and resources for selling objectives.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to maintain and improve pro-programs.
  • Define clear standards and expectations for in-store pro selling programs to ensure consistency across the enterprise.
  • Design a feedback loop for store leadership to communicate with the corporate office regarding pro-service operations.
  • Communicate priorities to the sales team to align corporate pro-strategy with sales strategy.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or related field.
  • 5 years of experience in B2B sales.
  • Experience in the retail industry.
