• Support the Home Depot Pro Desk by introducing yourself to contractors and understanding their business needs.
• Collaborate with Behr's outside sales reps to assist customers with their orders, including pulling and tinting paint orders for pick up.
• Enter new leads and contacts into Salesforce, the customer relationship management tool.
• Maintain relationships with professional customers and follow up regarding their jobs and future needs.
