The Pro Sales Associate at Behr Paint Company is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to professional painting contractors in a Home Depot store. This role focuses on building relationships with contractors, understanding their needs, and ensuring they receive the right products and services efficiently. Responsibilities

• Engage with professional painting contractors and understand their needs.
• Collaborate with Home Depot Pro Desk staff to assist contractors effectively.
• Build and maintain relationships with local pros and follow up on their jobs.
• Enter new leads and contacts into Salesforce, the customer relationship management tool.
• Support the Home Depot staff and work as a team to provide excellent service.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
• Basic computer skills for using customer management software.
• Outgoing personality with a positive attitude.

Nice-to-haves

• Bilingual skills are a plus, as many contractors may speak a second language.
