You will be expected to communicate effectively with clients, probate courts, and other parties involved in the probate proceedings, ensuring that all parties are kept informed throughout the process. In this position, you will conduct legal research and analysis related to probate matters, maintain accurate and up-to-date records of case information and deadlines, and assist with scheduling appointments and managing attorney calendars. You will also be responsible for drafting Inventory and Appraisals, Accountings, and other necessary documents for review by the Probate Examiner and submission to Probate Courts.
